Check-in is at 3 PM Arizona time. If your room is available before 3 PM we will certainly allow you to check-in early. Call or stop by the front desk to inquire.

Check-out is by 11 AM Arizona time.

Do you allow pets?
I’m sorry but we do not allow pets, with the exception of service animals with required paperwork. Please contact the hotel directly at 1-800-789-7393 for more information.

Do we have smoking rooms?
No, the Kokopelli Suites is 100% non-smoking property. We do have ashtrays and guests are welcome to smoke outside their suites.

What is there to do in Sedona?

Is the Kokopell Suites a “green” hotel?
Yes! Kokopelli Suites is committed to preserving our environment. As a result, we have adopted a green initiative. We have reduced the use of Styrofoam products throughout the property and use all natural biodegradable products whenever possible. All cleaning products are “green” approved and recycle all of the paper products and waste on property. We encourage all of our guests to participate in our green programs!

Does the Kokopelli Suites have a pool?            

Yes, the Kokopelli Suites does have an outdoor Pool and Hot Tub.  It is open daily from 7am to 10pm and pool towels are provided at the front desk.


What is our cancellation policy?
Kokopelli Suites will not charge a cancellation fee is a reservation is cancelled by 4 pm three days prior to arrival. If a reservation is cancelled within this three day window, a cancellation penalty of one night plus taxes will be charged. Group cancellation policy is defined per group contract.
