About Kokopelli Suites:
Kokopelli Suites was built in 1996 by a builder/developer, who had been drawn to Sedona for her beauty. The hotel was built to be the most advanced, luxurios limited service hotel in Sedona. As a result, the hotel was designed as a suites concept incorporating upgraded amenitites such as Craftmatic adjustable beds and in-room jacuzzis and fireplaces.
Today, the property remains in the family and is run by the developer's daugher. This next generation is committed to bringing and keeping the hotel as the most luxurious limited service hotel in town. To date, the property has expanded to include complimentary high speed internet, down bedding, new bath and body works amenities, and new dual massaging shower heads and curved shower rods. A complete remodel has been performed on all of our rooms, this new remodel includes new carpet, paint, granite jacuzzis and vanities, travertine tile in bathrooms, new draperies, and sofas, as well as large flat screen plasma televisions supporting the latest in HD content.
Each category of suite is named after one of Sedona's famous rock formations. For luxury minded travelers we offer the Cathedral Suite, which is our best seller. This suite offers state of the art king adjustable Craftmatic beds. It also has a Jacuzzi and a gas Fireplace. If the Fireplace is of no interest to you, then Coffee Pot Suite is identical to Cathedral except the fireplace. For mid-priced travelers, we also offer the Sugarloaf Suite with 2 queen Craftmatic adjustable beds. For economy minded travelers, we offer the Chimney Suite with 2 queen beds and for the budget traveler, we also offer a limited number of Basic Rooms with 1 queen bed. For a larger family or if kitchen is your need, we also offer the Cockscomb Suite.
About our location:
Kokopelli Suites is located in West Sedona. For those new to Sedona, our small quaint town is shaped like a a Y. The lower portion of the Y is the Village of Oak Creek which is actually outside Sedona's city limits. The Village offers an outlet mall and a few golf courses. The right arm of the Y is Uptown Sedona. Uptown Sedona features several small gift shops and restaurants. The left portion of the Y is called West Sedona. West Sedona boasts several attractions such as Red Rock State Park, Boynton Canyon and Long Canyon. The airport vista which displays amazing 360 degree views of Sedona is only 2 miles away. There are over 50 international restaurants within 3 miles of our property.
